QuizGenerator 5.0.26 released.

Tatsuno Information Systems, Inc. released QuizGenerator 5.0.26 on May 2, 2017. Changes in this version include the following
Improved handling of answers already selected but not yet submitted
The correctness, score calculation, and progress rate calculation (in full strategy mode) are now reflected even if the application is closed without submission.

Measurement and saving of time required to solve a puzzle
The "interaction.n.latency" (the time required to answer each question) is now sent.

For the first item above
In the case of a question where the user can move back and forth, even if the user closes the screen without clicking the "Submit" button after having selected and written the answer without clicking the "Submit" button for each question, the answer selected and written at that time will be scored and reflected in the percentage of success (%) in the complete strategy mode. The percentage of the complete strategy mode is now also reflected in the percentage.
Our e-learning system, QuizGenerator (beta), has also been improved so that even if a student closes the screen in the middle of a lesson, the results are not saved.

For the second item above
The time required to answer each question is the total time required to open the question with the correct/incorrect decision still undecided.

Example of a question that cannot be moved forward or backward and has a "submit" button for each question.

Display question (think for 30 seconds)→select and write answer (1 second)→push "Submit" button after 4 seconds→read correct/incorrect answer and explanation (5 seconds)→push "Next" button
then (30+1+4=) 35 seconds from the time the question is displayed to the time the submit button is pressed is measured and recorded as the time required to answer the question.

Example of a question that can be moved back and forth, with a "submit" button for each question.

Open the first question, select and write the answer (30 seconds) → Open and read the second question (5 seconds) → Go back to the first question, change the answer, and press the "Submit" button (10 seconds) → The correct/incorrect answer is displayed and the explanation is read (5 seconds) → Press the "Next" button
the total time from the time the question is displayed to the time the submit button is pressed (30+10=) 40 seconds will be measured and recorded as the time required to answer the first question.

Example without "Submit" button for each question

The type of questions that are scored together at the end will be the sum of the number of seconds each question was displayed.
